Account & Data Deletion

You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app:

1. Open the Tennis-IA app
2. Go to Profile (bottom right tab)
3. Tap Settings (gear icon)
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account"
5. Confirm deletion

Account deletion entails the permanent and irreversible removal of:

• Profile — name, email, profile photo, and all settings
• Videos and analyses — all uploaded videos and associated biomechanical analyses
• Community — posts, comments, likes, and follow relationships
• Messages — all conversations and direct messages
• AI Coach — all conversations with the virtual assistant
• Tokens and subscription — remaining tokens and subscription status
• Badges and progress — completed challenges and earned badges
• Notifications — device token and notification history

Deletion is processed within 30 days of the request. During this period, the account will be deactivated and no longer accessible.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To avoid future charges, remember to cancel your subscription from the store settings before deleting your account.

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, you can write to develop@mocchis.com, indicating the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
